Successful on paper?
Stuck on autopilot?
Let’s design your next chapter.
Successful but lacking meaning?
Most people with ambition and drive climb the corporate ladder without questioning if it’s the right path for them and their families.
At a certain point, the promotions and pay rises come with more baggage and provide you with less freedom and satisfaction.
You begin to question whether your career has been designed by you, or if you have followed someone elses blueprint for success and happiness.
If you:
Get promoted but feel less fulfilled in your career?
Have big plans for your career and life but struggle to see where to start?
Get overwhelmed when you think about all the possible options for your next career move?
Chances are, you don’t need more advice or to do another course.
A career by design, not BY default
Career Design is a deliberate, exploratory approach to thinking about work and career, utilised through coaching.
This can include:
Understanding what you actually want from work.
Identifying constraints and assumptions holding you back.
Clarifying values and priorities and understanding your strengths and transferable capabilities.
Generating and evaluating career options.
Running small experiments before making major commitments.
Aligning career ambition with the rest of life.
Outcomes
After our sessions, clients regularly tell me they leave with:
Practical steps instead of constant overthinking.
Clarity of thought instead of mental chatter.
New, effective ways of thinking.
Identifying what is actually holding them back and what needs to be done about it.

My Manifesto
I started coaching so that I can help Fun, Interesting & Awesome people overcome the obstacles holding them back and to achieve their goals.
This is what that means:
-
You have big dreams for your career, business and life, but you don’t take yourself too seriously.
You laugh and then learn from your mistakes.
You do things that make you happy despite the perceptions of others.
You are willing to have a laugh in the face of challenge.
-
You’re interested and interesting.
You have a life-long commitment to learning and growing.
You pursue your passions and interests, no matter how niche or unique they are.
You’re open to new perspectives and open to changing your mind.
-
You want to make a positive impact to your family, community or the world.
You’re focussed on human connection, not just profit.
You do awesome things for yourself and others, despite how uncomfortable they may seem.
Through coaching, my mission is to help people with these characteristics achieve their goals and to make their communities better places, one conversation at a time.
If you have one or more of these attributes, get in touch today.
